Questions before you upload

Today you can process bank statements and invoices. You can also create custom templates to pull the fields you need from other PDF documents.

1) Create a free account. 2) Choose your document type. 3) Upload your PDF. 4) Review the extracted data and export it. No credit card is needed. New accounts get 20 free credits (20 pages).

Files are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in private cloud storage. Your documents and extracted data are only shown in your own account. To extract data, page content is sent to AI model providers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Uploaded files are stored securely for processing and kept for up to 14 days. Extracted data stays in your account until you delete it. You can delete a document from your workspace at any time. Free previews on our website are processed in memory and not stored.

Your documents and extracted data are linked to your account and only you can see them in the app. Page content is processed by our AI model providers to extract the data.

We don't publish an accuracy figure. AI vision models read each page, and you review the extracted rows in your workspace before you export them. Clear, legible pages give the best results.

If processing fails, the credits for that document are returned to your account. If a valid document is uploaded under the wrong document type, credits are still used.

One credit = one processed page. Credits are deducted when you process a document. Credit packages are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You can buy more credits at any time.

Your workspace shows a warning when your credits are low. You can buy more credits at any time.

Unused credits are non-refundable (see our Terms). If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us.

PDF only. We read each page as an image, so scanned PDFs can work too. Clear, legible pages give the best results.

Yes. You can export your data to Excel (XLSX) or CSV.

Yes. You can upload several PDFs at once.
